Watches and Advisories have already been posted across much of the Northern Plains for the upcoming storm system moving into our area Wednesday afternoon into Thursday morning. Light icy conditions may start us off Wednesday afternoon, as a mix of rain or freezing rain falls over eastern South Dakota and west central Minnesota Wednesday afternoon. 2 to 4 inches of snow will be possible before tapering off Thursday morning.
