The South Dakota Attorney’s General office says oral arguments will be offered before the United States Supreme Court in the case of South Dakota vs Wayfair on April 17th.  The state is being sued over mandating Internet sales tax be remitted on purchase made online.  Lieutenant Governor Matt Michels says if the state is successful it could be the great equalizer for main street South Dakota.
