Qualm left and Sutton right

Legislators had mixed reactions to South Dakota Governor Dennis Daugaards State of the State speech.  Senate Minority Leader, Billie Sutton of Burke, says there were some omissions.

Sutton says there needs to be more attention on political campaign reforms. House Majority Leader Lee Qualm of Platte says he agrees with several points the Governor made.

Qualm says state revenues and the budget will take a lot of attention this session. Committees begin meeting today (Wednesday). Legislators can introduce bills until the 25th of the month.
